By accepting the terms and conditions of the NAMO Sanctuary membership program, the member acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the points mentioned above.

Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy:

​

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.

  • Private Session Cancellations: For private session cancellations, a 10% fee will be retained to compensate for the calendar blockage, which may affect future bookings. Refunds for these sessions will be processed within seven (7) business days.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session. In case of emergencies, exceptions may be considered at the discretion of NAMO Sanctuary management.

  • Booking Policy: Advance booking is required for all sessions to ensure availability and proper preparation.

  • Package Policy: No refunds will be provided for packages once they have been fully paid. All sales of packages are final.

By participating in activities at NAMO Sanctuary, all individuals acknowledge and agree to comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in restrictions or termination of participation at the discretion of the sanctuary management.
