Facilitator Schedule: Monday to Wednesday with Noelia Thursdays with Mitya Fridays with Ade Sound Healing is a form of energy medicine that has been used by ancient wisdom traditions as well as modern medical science. Whether the intent is to make mood boosting music, promote the healing of specific tissues or optimally tune our brainwaves, the process is the same — a given sound source produces sound waves of varying frequencies which then impact the biological systems and energy fields they come into contact with. In our Sacred Sound sessions, we use sound as a tool to transform our field and resonate to higher frequency, using the law of resonance, and by matching our vibrational signature to the fundamental tone of the universe, the creative power of all that grows, and all that breathes, created by the sounds of the Gongs. We combine other instruments such as singing and Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, as well as experimental instruments and natural sounds that complement our unique vibrational experience.
